[Access Reviews] Approve Review feature - First in segment!

This feature introduces a first-of-its-kind two-person approval workflow in GRC, ensuring that every application under review is assessed by both a Reviewer and an Approver before final approval.

• Dual checks: The Reviewer marks changes, such as revocations or modifications, while the Approver must confirm or reject them before the application is finalized.

• Defined roles: During the Assign Reviewers step, a different user is designated as the Approver, ensuring that no individual serves in both roles.

• Real-time visibility: Approvers have full access to user details, role changes, and can utilize Validate Review (if available). Once approved, a green checkmark with a timestamp and optional comments confirms the decision.

• Editing and export capabilities: Approver assignments can be updated in draft or upcoming stages, and the final approval status, timestamp, and comments can be exported with a single click.

• Enhanced auditability: Each approval is logged in detail, creating a transparent record of decision-making and approval timelines.

This is the first solution of its kind in GRC, providing a structured approach to access reviews that enhances compliance, accountability, and audit readiness.
