Access Reviews for the Scrut platform now show only users with platform access
What's new?
When performing an Access Review for the Scrut platform, you will now only see users with active platform access, such as admins and contributors. Role types without platform access, such as employees, are automatically excluded from the review list.
Why was this needed?
Previously, Access Reviews for the Scrut platform pulled in roles that do not correspond to active Scrut access. This added entries that did not require review and made it harder to focus on accounts of users who can actually log in and work within the platform.
How it works
Navigate to People -> Access Reviews and create an Access Review for the Scrut platform as you normally would.
Review the updated list, which now includes only roles with active Scrut platform access, such as admins and contributors.
Complete your review with a more focused scope, without manually filtering out role types that do not apply.
