[Access Reviews] Validate Review feature - First in segment!

This feature introduces a first-of-its-kind capability in GRC, allowing real-time confirmation of external application changes instead of relying on periodic review cycles.

• On-demand sync: After marking users for revocation or role changes, selecting Validate Review enables an immediate comparison between Scrut’s records and the external application (e.g., GitHub).

• Live status checks: Green checkmarks indicate successful changes, while red crosses highlight discrepancies. A summary count and timestamp provide a clear overview.

• Column-level visibility: A new "Access validated" column appears in both the interface and export files, displaying validation results for applications and users.

• Continuous verification: The validation function remains accessible for additional checks, even after all changes are confirmed, supporting ongoing monitoring in dynamic environments.

• Scope and access: Available for integrated applications where real-time data retrieval is supported. Final validation results remain visible in read-only mode for auditors.

This is the first solution of its kind in GRC, offering real-time assurance in access management and eliminating delays in verification.
