Add and manage sub-processors efficiently
What's changed?
We've streamlined the process of adding and managing sub-processors in Trust Vault, integrating them more closely with your vendor list. You can now:
Link vendors as sub-processors in the Trust Vault
Edit sub-processor details
Add multiple sub-processors at once
Add sub-processors to Trust Vault directly from the Vendor module
Why does it matter?
Previously, managing sub-processors required redundant data entries and separate workflows. This enhancement reduces manual effort, ensures consistency with your vendor records, and provides a more comprehensive and centralized view of your sub-processor relationships, saving you time and improving accuracy.
How it works
Add from vendor list: When adding a sub-processor, a dropdown now appears, allowing you to select existing vendors. You can choose multiple vendors at once or create a new one if needed.
Edit sub-processor details: After adding a sub-processor, you can now edit its details, including website, location, description, and logo.
Direct integration with the vendor module: In the vendor management module, you now have the option to add a vendor to Trust Vault immediately, eliminating the need to navigate to Trust Vault separately.
Enhanced filtering: Apply the new "linked/not linked" filter in the vendor table to quickly identify which vendors are connected to Trust Vault as sub-processors.
Streamlined view: On the Trust Vault portal page, clicking a sub-processor card opens a side drawer where you can view a comprehensive list of all sub-processors. Users can also search the list to quickly find a specific sub-processor.
