Add context to vendor records with the new 'Service Description' field

What's new?

We’ve introduced a key new section called “Service Description” in the Vendor Details page. This field allows you to record detailed information about a vendor’s service, including its category, tier, and other relevant notes—directly within Scrut.

Why it matters

Clear documentation of vendor services provides a better understanding of your third-party relationships and their impact on your operations.

How it works

Navigate to any vendor in your Vendor Details page and use the new Service Description field to document what services the vendor provides.
