Adding FAQ and Updates in Trust Vault
What is this feature?
We're excited to announce two new features for Trust Vault: FAQs and Updates. These features enhance transparency and communication regarding security practices between your company and its customers.
1. FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions):
Use Case/Pain Point: Customers often have common questions about a company's security practices. Answering these questions quickly builds trust and reduces the need for direct contact.
How it Works: Companies can now create and publish FAQs directly within their Trust Vault.
Benefits for End Customers: Customers can easily find answers to their security-related questions without needing to contact your company directly.
2. Updates:
Use Case/Pain Point: Keeping customers informed about your company's ongoing security efforts strengthens trust and demonstrates commitment.
How it Works: Companies can now publish updates about their security posture within Trust Vault. This could include achieving new certifications, completing audits, or implementing new security measures.
Benefits for Customers: Customers are kept up-to-date on your company's security improvements, fostering trust and confidence.
