Adding Source: Integrations as Vendors

Overview

Moving forward, you do not need to add vendors from your list of integrations separately. Applications that your organization integrates with will automatically be categorized as vendors. Further details are given below:

• Integrations auto-populated as vendors on the Scrut Vendor Management module will have the source as 'Integrations'.

  • Note: only new integrations done from January onwards will be synced.

• A new column called 'Source' has been added (hidden by default), to make this distinction more clear. The options included are:

  • Existing: for vendors already existing in the module

  • Manual: for vendors added manually

  • Integration: for vendors that have been added from integrations

  • SSO discovery: for vendors that have been added from Google Workspace/SSO discovery

  • Intake form: for vendors that have been added via an intake form
