Streamline onboarding with Scrut-suggested policies in employee checklist

What's new?

A new "Suggested Policies" section has been added to the Employee Checklist, making it easier to identify and include key organizational policies during employee onboarding.

Why it matters

This enhancement helps you ensure new hires acknowledge critical policies from day one, improving compliance alignment across teams and reducing the risk of missed policy assignments during onboarding.

How it works

• Go to Employee Checklist → Policies.

• Policies marked with a blue diamond are Scrut-suggested. Scrut recommends adding them to the checklist.

• Select the relevant recommended policies or click the Include Suggested Policies button to add all Scrut-suggested policies to this checklist.
