Export questionnaires with attachments in a single ZIP file

What's new?

You can now export questionnaires with all their attachments bundled together in a convenient ZIP file directly from within the Trust -> Questionnaire module in Scrut. When you click the Export button and choose the Package Format, Scrut sends an email to admins with a link to download the ZIP file.

Why was this needed?

When downloading questionnaires with multiple attachments, you no longer have to download files individually. The ZIP export streamlines the export process by packaging questionnaires and attachments into a single download, saving time and reducing the risk of missing important files.

How it works

• Navigate to the questionnaire you want to export

• Click the Export button and choose the Package format

• Receive an email notification when the ZIP export is ready

• Download the complete package, including the questionnaire and all attachments
