Import and export spreadsheet questionnaires in any format with Teammates

What's new?

Teammates can now import and read all spreadsheet questionnaires, regardless of their format. It automatically recognizes question structures, answer fields (dropdowns, text boxes, etc.), and maintains the original formatting when exporting completed questionnaires back to Excel.

Why it matters

Vendor questionnaires come in multiple formats, such as the common CAIQ, with mixed field types that are time-consuming to complete manually. Instead of entering each question individually through a Chrome extension, you can now bulk import entire questionnaires, use AI autofill to complete responses, and export them in their original format. This dramatically reduces the time and effort required to complete vendor security assessments.

How it works

• Upload your Excel questionnaire to the platform and assign due dates and other details.

• Teammates intelligently parses the file structure and imports all questions with their respective answer fields (objective, subjective, dropdown, text, etc.).

• Review the preview to ensure questions were accurately captured, then select and add the questions you want to work on.

• Fill in responses manually or use AI autofill to automatically complete remaining answers based on your organization's information.

• Export the completed questionnaire in its original format with all answers populated in the correct fields.

• The exported file maintains the original structure, making it ready to submit back to the vendor.
