Authentication System Migration to Auth0

What's new?

Scrut is migrating its authentication system to Auth0, a leading identity management platform. You also get dynamic login pages tailored to your organization, only showing the SSO options you've integrated, not a static list of all providers.

Why does it matter?

You get stronger protection against unauthorized access as Auth0 is designed to defend against modern authentication threats. Also, the login experience is smoother, especially for enterprise users.

How it works:

• If you don’t use Enterprise SSO: No changes needed. You can continue logging in using:

  • Email (OTP)

  • Google

  • Microsoft

• Using Enterprise SSO?

  • You’ll need to add the new redirect URL to your OIDC configuration: https://scrut.eu.auth0.com/login/callback

  • Make sure to add it alongside your current URLs — not as a replacement. For a step-by-step guide, see here.
