Use Vault tags to accurately scope the autofill sources for questionnaires
What's new?
You can now add tags to Vault documents and folders to accurately control which sources are referenced during questionnaire autofill. When creating a security questionnaire, you select one or more tags to define the scope, and only folders and documents carrying those tags are used as sources for that questionnaire.
Why was this needed?
Previously, autofill referenced the entire Vault regardless of relevance. This made AI-generated answers less precise and required in-depth manual review. Tags give you direct control over the knowledge scope each questionnaire draws from, so your answers are more accurate, and your Vault stays organized.
How it works
Navigate to Compliance -> Vault -> Settings to create and manage your tags. You can create up to ten tags and name them as needed.
Review your tag list to see each tag name and the count of items currently using it.
To tag a folder, click the three-dot menu next to it, select Manage Tags, and add the relevant tags. All files inside the folder will automatically inherit those tags.
To assign different tags to an individual file within a tagged folder, open the file's tag options and apply the tags you need.
To tag multiple files at once, select the files, click Add Tags, and then apply the required tags in bulk.
To edit a tag, open it from Vault settings and update the name. The change will apply across all folders and files using that tag. To remove a tag, delete it from the same settings view.
When creating or editing a questionnaire, select one or more tags in the setup to define which documents will be used as sources. Any document carrying a selected tag will be included in the autofill source for that questionnaire.
