Bulk Actions for Controls

What is this feature?

We’ve introduced bulk actions in the Control Table to enhance efficiency for Admins and Contributors. Instead of assigning or modifying controls one by one, users can now select multiple controls at once and perform bulk updates or deletions.

How does it work?

1. Bulk Selection: Users can now select multiple controls in the Control Table.

   

2. Bulk Edit:

   • Update key fields for selected controls, including Assignee, Control Domain, Function Grouping, and Entities.

   • Fields now feature tooltips for better clarity.

     

3. Bulk Delete:

   • Remove multiple controls at once.

   • A confirmation modal prevents accidental deletions.

     

4. Audit Log Integration: Bulk actions are now tracked in the audit log.

   

• Admins & Contributors with access to the control module can perform bulk actions on controls.

• Email Notifications: Control Assignees receive an email notification after a bulk edit.

Note: Control Scope is not included in this update but will be introduced in a future release.
