Ready-to-use evidence templates are now available for select frameworks

What's new?

You can now download pre-built evidence templates in evidence tasks to help you submit audit evidence quickly and in the correct format. These templates are currently available for most evidence tasks for ISO, GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2 frameworks.

Why it matters

Understanding what format and information auditors expect for evidence submissions can be unclear and time-consuming. Sample templates provide clear guidance on exactly what to include, reducing back-and-forth with auditors and speeding up your compliance process.

How it works

• Navigate to the Evidence Tasks module and go to an evidence task detail page (apply filters if needed).

• Look for the Sample Template section and click the link to download the template.

• Use the template as a guide to prepare and submit your evidence in the correct format.

• Note: Sample templates are currently available for select frameworks. Contact your CSM for details on which frameworks include templates.
