Import security questionnaires seamlessly with smart field selection

What's new?

The Questionnaire Import flow now includes a field selection step that lets you explicitly define which columns represent Questions and which represent Answers before the import is finalized. This step also supports multiple question or answer fields for more complex questionnaire formats. Required fields must be mapped before the import can proceed.

Why was this needed?

With this update, you have more control over how your questionnaire data is interpreted from the start. That helps improve AI-generated answers and makes imports easier to work with across different file formats.

How it works

• Navigate to Trust -> Questionnaire and click Add Questionnaire. Upload a file or paste your content.

• In the new field selection step, specify which columns or fields represent Questions and which represent Answers.

• For complex formats, select multiple fields for either category as needed.

• Complete the import once all required fields are mapped. Validation will flag anything missing before you proceed.

• Selected fields will be used for AI-generated answers and downstream exports.
