Teammates now alerts you on evidence gaps right in the Task Center
What's new?
Evidence gap analysis from Scrut Teammates now appears as tasks in the Task Center, organized in a dedicated section for AI findings.
When Teammates reviews uploaded evidence and finds no gaps, you are prompted to bulk publish all passing evidence in one click.
When gaps are detected, a filter on the main evidence table lets you isolate only the evidence with issues.
Furthermore, real-time notifications alert you when a gap is found, and admins receive a weekly email summary with a breakdown of gap-free versus gap-detected evidence across your organization.
Why was this needed?
Previously, acting on Teammates' evidence review results required knowing where to look and navigating separately to find them. Gaps and passing evidence were not surfaced in a way that connected naturally to the rest of your compliance workflow. Surfacing findings in the Task Center, adding a focused filter, and introducing proactive notifications mean you spend less time hunting for results and more time acting on them.
How it works
Navigate to the Task Center and open the dedicated AI findings section to review evidence gap analysis results from Scrut Teammates.
When Teammates finds no gaps in your evidence, use the bulk publish option to publish all passing evidence in one action.
If gaps are detected, use the filter on the main evidence table to display only evidence with identified gaps and focus your review there.
Get real-time notifications in the Task Center whenever Teammates detects a gap in newly reviewed evidence.
Admins: Check your weekly email summary for a high-level breakdown of how many evidence tasks have gaps vs. those that are gap-free across your organization.
