Auto-Approve Trust Portal access requests from trusted domains

What's new?

Trust Vault now supports auto-approval of access requests based on domain matching. You can whitelist specific domains in the Trust Vault settings, and any access request from a user on a whitelisted domain is approved automatically. For each whitelisted domain, you can configure the NDA provider and set an expiry duration. Approved requests are visible in the Access Requests view and are marked with a domain icon to distinguish them from manually reviewed approvals.

Why was this needed?

Manually reviewing every access request slows down your response time, particularly when the request comes from a known partner, customer, or prospect. Without a way to pre-approve trusted domains, your team had to act on each request individually. Auto-approval via domain match lets you move faster on requests from trusted sources while keeping full visibility into who was approved and how.

How it works

  • Navigate to Trust -> Trust Vault -> Settings -> Auto Approve.

  • Enable the toggle to auto-approve requests from specific domains.

  • Enter the domain names you want to whitelist, pressing Enter after each one to add it to the list.

  • Select the NDA provider to apply to all whitelisted domains.

  • Specify the expiry duration for access granted through domain match auto-approval.

  • Click Save to apply your settings.

  • Navigate to Access Requests and use the Approval Type filter to select "Auto-approved via whitelisted domain" to view all users approved through domain match. These entries are marked with a domain icon.
