Clearer audit logs for vendor questionnaires

What's new?

Audit logs for vendor questionnaires now show both the vendor POC's name and email ID when the questionnaire is submitted. Questionnaire-related audit logs are now displayed directly within the Audit Logs tab inside the questionnaire for easier access.

Why was this needed?

When contributors outside the primary Vendor POC submitted questionnaires, it wasn't always clear who the respondent was. Showing both name and email ID helps you identify which organization and user the response came from, avoiding confusion and improving traceability.

How it works

• Navigate to the Audit Logs tab within any vendor questionnaire

• View submission records showing both the vendor user's name and email ID

• Clearly identify who submitted the questionnaire, especially when multiple contributors are involved

• Track all questionnaire-related actions in one centralized location
