Bulk assign approvers and review dates for faster policy management

What's new?

You can now assign approvers and update review dates for multiple policies at once.

How does this help you?

Previously, assigning approvers or updating review dates required navigating to individual policy pages, which was both time-consuming and prone to errors. These bulk actions make policy management more efficient and less time-consuming, especially when dealing with large policy libraries.

How it works

• Navigate to the Policy module → select multiple policies using checkboxes → click "Edit" to see the new bulk options.

• Select "Add Approvers" to assign approvers to multiple policies at once (available for non-published policies only).

• Select "Add Next Review Date" to set review dates across multiple policies (available for published or policies that need review only).
