Capture key findings in vendor reviews with the new Assessment Summary

What's new?

Vendor risk assessment now includes the assessment summary field to help you record key insights and observations during the assessment. This summary will be included in the vendor reports that you download from Scrut. Additionally, you can now download PDF reports for all vendors, even those without an associated questionnaire.

Why it matters

Reviewing lengthy vendor questionnaires can be time-consuming. Assessment Summaries help executives and other stakeholders quickly grasp the most important findings without scrolling through every question and answer, making vendor reviews faster and more efficient.

How it works

• Navigate to your preferred vendor questionnaire and click Add Assessment Summary to document your key observations and notes.

• You can edit the summary at any time during or after the assessment.

• When exporting the report as PDF, choose whether to include or exclude comments for each question.

• The Assessment Summary appears prominently in the exported PDF, right after vendor details and before the detailed questionnaire responses.
