Stay on top of what matters with the improved notifications center

What's new?

We've enhanced the Notification Center to include more notifications from several modules and key workflows. This release introduces more than 100 notifications covering core workflows, replacing fragmented alerts across emails and dashboards.

Why was this needed?

You no longer have to worry about missing critical updates. With all notifications in one place, you get clear, timely signals on what needs your attention and what action to take next, without switching contexts.

How it works

• Click the bell icon in the top-right to open the Notification Center and view updates from across Scrut.

• Track notifications across key categories, including:

  • Artifact & Evidence: Creation, assignments, status updates, and deadlines.

  • Comments & Mentions: Discussions, feedback, and @mentions.

  • Tasks & Ownership: Ownership changes, progress updates, and due dates.

  • Reviews & Approvals: Review cycles, reminders, and status changes.

  • Exports & Reports: Export progress, report generation, and delivery updates.

  • Assessments & Audits: Actions required, progress, and completion updates.

  • Users & Access: User activity, access changes, and approval events.

• Click a notification to jump directly to the relevant item and take action.
