Customize Risk Register exports
What's changed?
When you export the Risk Register from Scrut, you can now choose which columns to include in the download, with your current table view columns pre-selected for convenience. Furthermore, you can now include the Risk Description field when exporting your Risk Register, providing more comprehensive context in your exports.
Why it matters
Different stakeholders require different perspectives on your risk data. Whether you're preparing executive summaries, detailed audit reports, or team reviews, you can now tailor exports to include only the relevant information. The addition of Risk Description fields ensures your exports provide complete context, eliminating the need to manually compile supplementary documentation.
How it works
Navigate to the Risk Register and click the export button to open the customization options.
Choose which data fields to include in your export. Your currently visible table columns will be pre-selected, but you can adjust the selection as needed.
Toggle on the Risk Description field to add comprehensive context to your exported risk data.
Confirm your selections and download the customized Risk Register file, which includes your chosen data points.
