Bulk Assign option - Test module

We are excited to announce the release of the Bulk Assigning feature in the test module, enabling users to assign multiple tests to team members in a single action.

With Bulk Assigning, you can now select multiple tests from the test findings module and assign them to one or more team members simultaneously, reducing manual effort and saving time.

This feature is particularly useful when you want to delegate a set of tests to a specific team or distribute the workload efficiently among team members.

How does it work?

1. Log in to the Scrut Automation Platform → Navigate to the test module

2. Select multiple tests that you want to assign to team members by either using the checkbox next to each test or using a "Select All" option if available.

3. Once you have selected the desired tests, click on the "Bulk Assign" button, where a dialog or pop-up window should appear.

4. In the dialog or pop-up window, you should see a list of team members or users who can be assigned the selected tests.

5. Choose the team members or users to whom you want to assign the tests.

1. If there is more than one assignee, you can choose which assignee should be primary by clicking on the “Mark as primary” option near the assignee name.

2. After selecting the team members, click on the "Save" button to complete the bulk assignment process.

3. The selected tests will now be assigned to the chosen team members in a single action.
