Stay signed in through long Scrut work sessions

What's new?

Scrut has enhanced authentication and cookie handling to reduce unexpected sign-outs while you're using the platform. Server-side fixes address issues that were causing valid sessions to drop.

Why was this needed?

Frequent sign-outs while actively working disrupted evidence uploads, mid-review progress, and other critical tasks. With more stable session handling, you lose less context during long working sessions and can move through compliance tasks without interruption.

How it works

• Continue working in Scrut as normal.

• Sessions remain stable across modules.

• If you encounter an unexpected sign-out in a rare edge case, sign back in and report it to your CSM or Scrut support, so the team can fix it.
