Application Name Now Optional in Risk Form

The "Application Name" field in the Risk Management module is now non-mandatory to accommodate a broader range of risks, including vendor risks and internal non-technical risks, which may not be linked to a specific application.

Field Positioning: The "Application Name" field has been moved to the last position in the risk creation form.

This update improves flexibility and better aligns the risk form with diverse scenarios.
