Archive inactive vendors
What's new?
You can now archive vendors that are no longer in use, while still retaining all associated assessment records and documents.
Why it matters
This feature helps you manage your vendor list more effectively by allowing you to hide inactive vendors from your primary view. It reduces clutter while ensuring that a complete record of past assessments and documents remains accessible for future reference or audits.
How it works
To archive a vendor
Select the vendor, navigate to the “More Actions” menu, and click “Archive Vendor.” You will need to provide a justification for this action.
To view archived vendors
Use the vendor status filter to switch between viewing active and archived vendors.
To unarchive a vendor
Click on “Unarchive Vendor” from the vendor's details page. At this point, you can choose to either retain the last assessment status or change it.
Note: When a vendor is archived, any associated sub-processor will also be removed from the Trust Vault. Once archived, you cannot edit vendor details, send questionnaires, or add other documents. The vendor who received the questionnaire will also lose access to it.
