Attach chat history to support tickets for faster resolution
What's new?
You can now include your Scrut Teammates chat history when raising a support ticket. The full chat history is automatically included via a secure link, giving our support team complete context from the start.
Why was this needed?
This eliminates the need to re-explain your issue or provide details multiple times. Our support team receives the full conversation context immediately, enabling them to understand your question, troubleshoot more quickly, and provide more accurate solutions without multiple back-and-forth conversations.
How it works
Ask your question in Scrut Teammates as usual
Click "Raise a support ticket" if you need human assistance
Choose "Yes, attach" when prompted to include chat history
Complete the remaining ticket details and submit
Your support team receives the ticket with a secure link to the full conversation
