Audit Centre Enhancement: Export Findings and Requests
Currently, the Audit Centre module lacks the feature to export audit findings and requests. This feature would aid in documentation, reporting, and communicating with stakeholders.
Key Feature
Export Audit Findings and Requests: The Audit Centre module now supports exporting audit findings and requests, facilitating seamless collaboration and communication with external auditors or individuals who do not have access to the Scrut Platform.
Use Cases
It enables employees to share Audit Requests and Findings with external auditors or other stakeholders without access to the Scrut Platform.
How does it work?
Navigate to the Audit Centre:
Access the 'Audit Centre' module from the main dashboard.
Select Audit Project:
Choose the specific 'Audit Project' you are working on.
Navigate to the Requests/Findings Tab:
Within the selected 'Audit Project,' go to the 'Requests' or 'Findings' tab, depending on your requirements.
Export Option:
Look for the export option, denoted by the three dots located next to the "Create Request" or "Create Findings" buttons.
CSV Download:
Download audit findings and requests as a CSV file for easy sharing.
