Scrut Monitor now integrates with Microsoft Intune to automatically collect device-level evidence, so you no longer have to manually download and upload files for Evidence Tasks.

Why does it matter?

Keeping device evidence up to date is critical for compliance, but collecting it manually is time-consuming and error-prone. This integration makes evidence collection hands-off, accurate, and audit-ready by default.

How it works:

• Configure the workflow: Choose the collection frequency, file format (CSV), and whether to auto-publish.

• Evidence collection: The Scrut Monitor securely fetches device metadata from Microsoft Intune, including:

  • Device ID and name

  • Antivirus & password manager status

  • Firewall and HDD encryption

  • Screen Lock status

  • Operating system

  • Installed applications

  • Owner name and email

• Evidence mapping: The collected evidence is automatically attached to relevant tasks—without changing your existing workflow.
