Note: More integrations will be added in the future.

Benefits of the new Access Review module

  • Eliminates the need for manually uploading a CSV file with the list of users

  • Automates the process of fetching user access data from applications

  • Makes it easier to review and validate user access rights and permissions

How does it work?

  1. Navigate to "People" and go to 'Access Review'.

  2. Create a new Access Review Project and choose the Vendors that you would like to review.

  1. After the project is created, the user is automatically directed to the Access Review Project's details page, where you will have the opportunity to view the…

  1. Upon clicking the 'Integrate' button, the user is directed to a modal where they must select the app they wish to integrate with. Within this modal, there are two distinct sections: 'Available Integrations' and 'Active Integrations'.

  1. In the 'Available Integrations' section, you will find a list of apps available in Scrut but have not yet been integrated by the user via the 'Settings > Integrations' menu.

  2. On the other hand, the 'Active Integrations' section displays a list of applications the user has already integrated.

  3. When a user selects an app from the 'Available Integrations' section, they will be redirected to the "App Integration" settings page, where they are required to complete the integration process.

  4. Conversely, if the user clicks on an app within the 'Active Integrations' section, the data retrieval process is initiated. In the 'Access File Column', the status will be displayed as 'Integrating' during this operation.

  1. Once the integration process is successfully concluded, the 'Re-sync' and 'Reset' options become accessible. 'Re-sync' enables the retrieval of the most up-to-date data, while 'Reset' permits you to commence the process anew.
