Automated Evidence Collection of Completed Security Campaigns

What is this feature?

We're excited to announce a significant enhancement to our platform, designed to streamline automatic evidence collection for completed security campaigns. As part of our ongoing commitment to automate as much evidence as possible, we've implemented an automatic population of security campaigns in the evidence task section upon reaching a 100% completion rate or when a campaign status changes to "Completed”.

How does it work?

1. When a security campaign achieves a 100% completion rate or is marked as "COMPLETED", the evidence task section will now be automatically populated with the following evidence in the Scrut platform:

   • Security Awareness Training Report

   • Refresher Training on ISMS

2. Users can enable this feature by toggling a button under the 'Automated Evidence' section in each campaign created.

3. Once the button has been enabled, and if any one of the conditions (security campaign achieves a 100% completion rate or is marked as COMPLETED) is satisfied, the campaign data will be exported and added to the evidence attachment automatically at the time of the next automated sync.

4. If the toggle for automated evidence is enabled when the campaign status is already "COMPLETED," our system now conducts a thorough check. If any attachment has already been added to the evidence for that specific campaign, our system verifies if it matches the current dataset. If any changes are found, the evidence will be updated with the new information. If no changes are found with the attachment added already compared with the campaign data, no actions will be taken.
