Automatic Saving for Vendor Questionnaires in Vendor Portal
This update introduces automatic saving for vendor responses within the Vendor Portal. Vendors will no longer need to manually click "Save" after answering each question in a questionnaire.
Use case
Previously, vendors needed to click "Save" after answering each individual question in a questionnaire. This repetitive action created a cumbersome user experience (UX) for vendors completing potentially lengthy questionnaires.
How does it work?
Vendor responses will now be automatically saved after each answer selection or text entry. This functionality mirrors popular online form experiences like Google Forms, improving the overall ease of use for vendors completing questionnaires within your platform.
Note: If there is an internet issue in the user’s device, then changes won’t be saved automatically. A manual Save button would be presented.
