Bamboo HR Integration

We are excited to announce the release of Bamboo HR Integration. This integration aims to simplify HR processes by fetching Employee Name, Email, Date of Joining, Date of Exit, Department, and Reporting Manager (name and email) from the platform and sync with the Scrut platform.

How does it work?

1. Go to "Settings" → "Integrations" → "BambooHR" and Click on "Connect"

2. Make sure that you have the admin privileges, and if yes, click on "Yes."

3. If you are not an admin, click on "No," and you will see a model where you can enter your admin’s email ID and send an authorization link to the admin.

4. Once done, you can enter your BambooHR subdomain and API key

How do I find my subdomain?

You can enter the subdomain for your BambooHR account below. For example, if you sign in at "acme.bamboohr.com," enter "acme." Do not enter the full "acme.bamboohr.com."

How do I get an API Key?

To generate an API key, you should log in and click on your name in the upper right-hand corner of any page on BambooHR to get to the user context menu. If you have sufficient permissions, there will be an "API Keys" option in that menu to go to the page.

5. Once the details have been entered, click on "Submit."

6. Now the employees' details will be fetched and will reflect in the employee section under the people dashboard.
