Bulk import questions via the Teammates Chrome extension

What's new?

The Teammates Chrome Extension now supports bulk question import from any vendor portal. Instead of adding questions one at a time, you can scan the entire page and import all questions simultaneously, regardless of the portal's format.

Why it matters

When responding to questionnaires directly in vendor portals, the previous one-by-one import process was time-consuming and inefficient. The advanced import feature now lets you capture all questions from any vendor portal in a single action, then leverage AI autofill to complete responses faster, all without leaving the vendor's site.

How it works

• Navigate to any vendor portal questionnaire (works with any format or platform).

• Open the Teammates Chrome Extension and click to scan the page for questions.

• Teammates identifies and imports all available questions at once, up to your pricing plan limit.

• Review the imported questions and use AI autofill to complete responses directly within the extension.

• In a future release, you'll be able to export answers directly back into the vendor portal from the Chrome extension.
