Bulk Importing Risks

We're bringing forth a crucial improvement to the 'Risk Management' module – the ability to import risks. This functionality enables users to import their existing 'Risk Register' to the Scrut platform with minimal effort.

Pain point addressed

The traditional method of adding risk one at a time is tedious and time-consuming. The 'Bulk Import' feature eliminates this pain point by allowing you to upload a CSV file with all risk-related information, significantly reducing data entry effort.

Limitation

Currently, Scrut does not allow organizations to import pre-calculated risk scores. Users can import any other risk-related information like Risk Name, description, any custom fields, etc.

Hence, the risk assessment must always be done on the platform instead of Excel.

How it works?

1. From the left navigation, click on "Risk Management."

2. Click on "Create Risk" button and then click on "Import file."

3. Follow the instructions as presented on the screen. Basically,

a. Download the template.

b. Add risk data as per the template provided.

c. Upload the modified file.

d. Click "Upload."

4. If there are no validation errors, you should see a success message.
