Bulk Importing Vendor Questionnaire

We're bringing forth a crucial improvement to the 'Vendor Management' module – the ability to import vendor questionnaires. This functionality enables users to upload the questionnaire that they use to assess their vendors.

Pain point addressed

The traditional method of adding vendor questions one at a time is tedious and time-consuming. The 'Bulk Import' feature eliminates this pain point by allowing you to upload a CSV file with all vendor questions, significantly reducing data entry effort.

How does it work?

1. From the left navigation, click on "Vendor Management."

2. Click on "Templates."

3. Click on "Create Template" button and then click on "Import file."

4. Follow the instructions as presented on the screen. Basically,

a. Enter the "Template Name" or the name of the questionnaire.

b. Download the template.

c. Add vendor data as per the template provided.

d. Upload the modified file.

e. Click "Upload."

5. If there are no validation errors, you should see a success message.
