Bulk upload audit center requests and findings

What is this feature?

Excited to introduce the Bulk Upload feature in the audit module, enabling auditors to effortlessly upload multiple audit requests or findings using CSV or XLSX files. This feature eliminates the need for manual, one-by-one entry, providing a more efficient and user-friendly way to manage audit-related data.

How does it work?

1. Log into the Scrut Automation platform and navigate to the 'Audit Center'.

   

For Audit Requests:

1. Select any 'Audit,' and go to the 'Requests' tab.

2. Click the 'Create Request' button and select 'Import file'.

3. Follow the instructions as presented on the screen. Basically,

a. Download the template

b. Add your data as per the template provided.

c. Upload the modified file.

d. Click 'Upload'.

4. After the file is uploaded, it will display the count of successfully uploaded requests and the count of requests encountering issues.

For Audit Findings:

1. In an Audit, go to the 'Findings' tab.

2. Click the 'Create Finding' button and select 'Import File'.

2. Follow the instructions as presented on the screen. Basically,

   a. Download the template

   b. Add your data as per the template provided

   c. Upload the modified file

   d. Click 'Upload'

3. After the file is uploaded, it will display the count of successfully uploaded findings, and the count of findings encountering issues.

This latest feature streamlines your audit data management by leaps. Bulk Upload lets you make it faster and more efficient.
