What is this feature?

We're excited to introduce a significant enhancement to our platform where users can now conveniently access all audit findings and requests on a common page, providing a centralized hub for efficient audit management.

Problem statement

Previously, users of our platform faced challenges in efficiently managing audit findings and requests, as these were scattered across various audits. Users had to navigate through multiple pages to access pertinent information.

In response to this challenge, we introduced a solution enabling users to view all audit findings and requests on a single, centralized page.

How does it work?

  1. Users can now navigate to the 'Audit Centre' main page, where they will find a dedicated section titled "Requests and Findings".

  1. Current Audits and Completed Audits are now combined under All Audits.

  1. Clicking on the Requests tab, users can view all the requests created inside different audits in a table containing the following data:

  • Request Name

  • Audit Name (Hyperlinked to the audit)

  • Status

  • Assignee

  • Created By

  • Actions (Edit and Delete)

  1. Users can filter requests by Status and Assignee, with a search bar available for Request Name.

  1. Requests are exportable by clicking on the three dots.

  1. Clicking on the Findings tab, users can view all the findings created inside different audits in a table with the following data:

  • Finding Name

  • Audit Name (Hyperlinked to the audit)

  • Status

  • Assignee

  • Nature of Findings

  • Department

  • Created By

  • Corrective Action Created

  • Actions (Edit, Delete, and Create Corrective Action)

  1. Users can filter findings by Status and Assignee, with a search bar available for Finding Name. Advanced filters include the Nature of Findings, Department, Created By, and Corrective Action Created.

  1. Findings are exportable by clicking on the three dots.

  1. All data in the tables, including requests and findings, are sortable, allowing users to organize information according to their preferences.

  2. Clicking on the name of a specific finding or request redirects users to the corresponding page, facilitating quick access to detailed information and actions.
