Choose how many rows you see in Tables

What is it?

You can now control how many rows are displayed per page across all major tables in the platform, reducing the need for excessive pagination. This feature is available across key modules, including: Controls, Policies, Evidence Tasks, Tests, Vendor & Risk Management, Trust Vault, and Audit Center.

Why does it matter?

Previously, only a set number of rows were visible at once, requiring frequent pagination and slowing you down. This update helps you view more data at once, making it faster and easier to find what you’re looking for.

How it works:

• A new "Show rows per page" dropdown has been added at the bottom of each table.

  

• You can choose to display 10, 20, 50, or 100 rows per page.

  

• By default settings:

  • 10 rows are shown per page when there is one table on the page

    

  • 5 rows are shown per page when there are two or more tables
