Clone Campaign
What is this feature?
In response to user feedback and to enhance the campaign management experience, we are pleased to announce the addition of an essential feature in the "Security Campaign" module of the Scrut platform i.e. Clone Campaign.
Also, admins can take actions such as Edit, Clone campaign, Extend Campaign, and Delete from the security awareness dashboard by clicking on the three dots near each campaign.
Pain Point
Admins frequently find themselves duplicating security campaigns, resulting in redundant efforts. Imagine, today, you are creating a security campaign and uploading your org’s ISMS training pdf, then creating quiz questions based on it. After 15 days, you are creating another campaign. But again, you have to upload the same content and create a quiz. It's redundant work for you.
How does it work?
Navigate to the Scrut platform's "Integrations", go to "People" and then to "Security Awareness".
Click on the three dots near each campaign.
Select 'Clone' to clone the existing campaign.
Now user can edit the campaign details which would be already filled as the cloned one.
Once the campaign details are filled, click 'Next' and select employees.
A user can preview the campaign details and make changes accordingly if needed by clicking on the 'Previous' button on the top.
Users can also preview the document that has been uploaded by clicking on its name mentioned in the blue hyperlink.
Click on CREATE CAMPAIGN and the cloned campaign will be created.
Note:
