Collaborate faster with multiple assignees for audit tasks

What's new?

You can now assign multiple assignees to a single finding, request, or corrective action in Audit Center. One assignee is marked as the primary owner (changeable at any time), all assignees receive notifications, and CSV import now supports multiple assignees.

Why was this needed?

Many audit tasks require collaboration across teams, but single-assignee limitations forced manual coordination outside the platform. Multiple assignees make ownership clearer by defining a primary owner, while enabling shared responsibility for faster resolution.

How it works

• Use the multi-select dropdown to assign multiple team members to findings, requests, or corrective actions

• Designate one assignee as the primary owner—you can change this at any time

• All assigned team members receive notifications about updates

• Import multiple assignees via CSV for bulk operations

• Track shared responsibility while maintaining clear primary ownership
