Comment Feature Added to Corrective Action Module

What is this feature?

In this release, we're introducing an enhancement to the corrective action module, addressing the need for users to provide comments for each corrective action. With the addition of a comment section, users can now provide context and updates and collaborate more effectively on corrective actions within the platform.

How does it work?

1. Navigate to the Scrut platform and go to 'Corrective Action'.

2. Users can now add comments on each corrective action individually, which would also trigger an email notification to the respective assignee or the tagged users.
