We are excited to announce the addition of GDPR Security Training to Scrut Security Awareness module. This release brings enhanced capabilities to facilitate GDPR compliance within your organization and empowers you to conduct comprehensive training sessions for your employees.

Key Features

  1. Default GDPR training material: Scrut now offers pre-built GDPR training material, eliminating the need for you to start from scratch. This material covers essential concepts, guidelines, and best practices related to GDPR security compliance.

  2. Interactive quizzes: As part of the GDPR Security Training feature, Scrut includes interactive quizzes to assess employees' understanding of GDPR regulations. These quizzes help reinforce knowledge gained during training sessions and provide a way to measure comprehension.

  • Centralized solution: With GDPR Security Training integrated into Scrut, you no longer need to search for external training platforms. Everything you need is conveniently available within the Scrut platform, providing a centralized solution for GDPR compliance.

  • Comprehensive training: The training material covers crucial aspects of GDPR security compliance, ensuring that your employees are equipped with the knowledge necessary to protect personal data and adhere to GDPR regulations.

How does it work?

  1. Create a new Security Campaign.

  1. GDPR Training Material will be added by default along with ISMS and HIPAA. If you wish to conduct training for GDPR only, you can remove ISMS and HIPAA.

  1. Click on “Configure Quiz” (refer to the above screenshot) to modify the default quiz questions and the passing threshold.

  1. In the last step, you can add all employees or specific employees, and they will be notified via email to take the GDPR training.
