Configure and Display Custom Terms in Trust Vault

What is this feature?

We are excited to announce the latest update to the Trust Vault preview page, introducing a feature that enhances user control over privacy policies and terms and conditions. With this update, your customers can now access both Scrut's and your organization's own Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions directly from the Trust Vault preview page.

How does it work?

1. In the Scrut platform, navigate to 'Trust', go to 'Trust Vault', and then go to 'Settings'.

2. A new section named "Additional Settings" has been added to the Trust Vault settings.

3. Users can configure their Terms of Service (TOS) and Privacy Policy through this dedicated section.

4. The provided URLs will serve as references for accessing the respective documents.

5. Once you have updated the URLs for their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, these links will be automatically displayed on their Trust Vault preview page.

6. In cases where the client has not provided a URL or any of the URLs have been updated, the preview page will showcase Scrut's default Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
