Create dynamic vendor questionnaires with conditional follow-up questions

What's new?

You can now create dynamic vendor questionnaires with conditional follow-up questions that only appear based on the vendor's responses.

Why it matters

Previously, vendors had to answer every question in a template, including those that weren't applicable to their business or situation. This often led to incomplete responses, vendor frustration, and less accurate risk assessments.

Conditional follow-up questions ensure vendors only see questions relevant to their context, making the process more efficient for both you and your vendors while gathering more targeted information for better risk evaluation.

How it works

  • Navigate to Vendor Settings → Select a questionnaire template → Click "Add Follow-up Question" on any single-select objective question to create conditions based on specific answer choices.

  • Add up to two levels of follow-up questions (Parent → First level → Second level) to drill deeper into specific risk areas.

  • You can also add follow-up questions directly in individual vendor questionnaires before sending, without affecting the master template.

  • Your vendors will only see follow-up questions when they select the specific answers that trigger them, creating a personalized questionnaire flow.
