CSM Notifications for @Scrut Team Mentions in Comments

What is this feature?

This enhancement ensures that when users/customers tag @Scrut Team in comments within various modules, the Customer Success Manager (CSM) mapped to the account is notified via email. This improves communication, allowing for quicker responses and better support.

Problem statement

When users tag @Scrut Team in comments within modules like Policies, Evidence, and others, the CSM assigned to the account does not receive a notification. This leads to communication gaps, follow-up delays, and missed opportunities for proactive support.

How does it work?

  1. A user tags @Scrut Team in a comment within a module.

  2. The system identifies the CSM mapped to the account from the admin panel.

  3. The CSM receives an email notification with:

  4. The email includes the company name in the subject for better identification.

  5. The CSM clicks “Login” in the email and will check the comment.

  • Tests → Automated Tests

  • Policies → Policy Detailed Page

  • Evidence → Evidence Detailed Page

  • Cloud Test (Old) → Test Detail Page

  • Application Test → Test Detail Page

  • Vendor → Mitigation Task

  • Vendor → Questionnaire → Comment

  • Risk Management → Risk Detail Page

  • Risk Management → Mitigation Task Page

  • Audit Center → Request Detail Page

  • Audit Center → Finding Detail Page

  • Corrective Action → Corrective Action Detail Page
