Custom NDA - Trust Vault

What is Custom NDA in Trust Vault?

This feature lets an organization create a custom NDA according to its requirement. The organization can share this custom NDA with its customers, and once they accept the NDA, they can freely access the Trust Vault.

Why is the feature helpful?

Previously, there was a common NDA for all organizations on the Scrut platform. As the organization could not modify it according to its brand language and unique requirements, its respective customers were hesitant to sign the NDA.

How does it work?

1. Navigate to “Trust Vault” and go to “NDA settings.”

2. There you will see the default NDA on the screen. Click on 'edit' to modify it.

   

3. You can modify the text in the text editor.

   

4. You can make your NDA more dynamic by adding variables from the right pane. Just click on the variable name you want to copy and paste it into the right place in the editor.

   

5. Click on 'save' to reflect the changes you made.
