Customizable Vendor Assessment Domains

What is this feature?

This update empowers you to personalize your vendor assessments with custom domains. Previously, pre-defined domains limited your flexibility. Now, you can tailor the assessment process to your specific needs.

• Limited Flexibility: The pre-defined domains may need to accurately reflect your organization's specific needs.

• Inaccurate Vendor Overview: Vendor overviews relied on static domains, potentially providing an incomplete picture.

How to create custom domains

1. Navigation to the 'Vendor Management' module.

2. Click "Settings".

3. Click the "Domain" tab.

4. By default, you should see some nine domains pre-configured. You can add more domains by clicking on the "New Domain" button.

5. Enter the "Domain Name" and click "Save".

6. Domain created successfully!

7. You can now select the newly added domain while adding/editing questions.

8. If you wish to delete a domain, click "Delete". If the domain is already linked to some questions, then those questions would be automatically linked to the 'Others' domain.
