You can now preview, edit, and customize the subject line and body of the vendor questionnaire email before sending it. This gives you full control over the messaging and ensures a professional, clear communication channel with your vendors.

Why it matters

This enhancement allows you to tailor your communication to each vendor, ensuring your message is clear and aligned with your specific needs.

How it works

• When sending a vendor questionnaire, you will now have the option to preview and edit the email content before sending.

• You can customize the subject line and the body of the email. Basic markdown is supported for formatting.

• The email subject line is limited to 100 characters to help prevent email bounces.
