Displaying Mitigation Tasks in Vendor Portal

When the GRC team evaluates vendor questionnaires, they may create mitigation tasks. While these tasks are assigned to someone within the GRC Team, they need to be implemented by the vendor.

It is crucial for vendors to have visibility into the tasks they need to address. This transparency benefits both parties in several ways, like Transparency, accountability, and Collaboration. Also, users can view the graphical representation of Questionnaire Status and Mitigation Tasks Status for better insights.

How does it work?

  1. The vendor clicks on the 'View Questionnaire' button in the email they receive for filling the questionnaire.

  1. It takes the vendor to the "Vendor" Portal, where they can click on 'Mitigation Tasks'.

  1. Vendors can now see the list of mitigation tasks created.

  1. Information about each mitigation task can be seen by clicking on it.

  1. Vendors can view the graphical representation of the Questionnaire Status and Mitigation Tasks Status for better insights, which conveys Answered and Not Answered Questionnaire Status and Open and closed Mitigation Tasks Status.
